Position: HR Officer

General Job Description

HR Officer Responsible in HRM for manpower planning, recruitment, orientation, employee training, admin and payroll.

      1. Responsible in HRM for manpower planning, recruitment, orientation, employee training, admin and payroll (and can calculate OT).
      2. Providing advice and guidance on HR and other matters.
      3. Coordinate with relevant functions to give the solution for specific human resources management and solve issue raised from each function.
      4. Implement, or review, company rules and regulations and ensure they are upheld.
      5. Ensure HR records – personnel, appraisal outcomes, leave records, time attendance etc. are kept updated.
      6. Preparing reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters for line manager and company.
      7. Supporting the implementation of HR projects (For example; Training, Learning, and Development).

General Job Description
