Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers to maintain and expand business relationships
- Promote and sell products within assigned territories
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with sales and administrative teams for efficient sales operations
- Conduct product surveys and assess the impact of new and existing products on customers
- Research market trends, monitor competitors’ sales strategies, pricing, and product offerings
- Submit daily reports on activities to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Adhere to environmental regulations and company policies
- Report market updates to the Senior Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager
- Provide reports to suppliers regarding agency products or required items
- Review and evaluate personal sales performance
- Present sales performance updates to the CMO
- Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and submit reports to the CMO as needed
- Forecast budget plans for the upcoming year within the assigned industry sector
- Assess overall yearly performance and submit KPI evaluations to the CMO
- Perform any other sales-related tasks as directed by the CMO, Senior Sales Manager, or Assistant Sales Manager
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
Experience:
0 – 2 years of relevant experience in Chemical sales, technical support, or Laboratory work.
New graduates are welcome

- Applications of chemical products
- Sales and business development strategies
- Market research and competitive analysis
- Customer relationship management and negotiation
- Environmental awareness and sustainability practices
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, Internet)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Organizational and time management skills
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel both locally and internationally
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a personal vehicle**
